SSS Web Online Inquiry Issues (Error 403--Forbidden)

Based on my experience as I inquire on the SSS website. The following is the problem while viewing the payments of the employer in the Inquiry link of My SSS system. Sometimes I reload  or refresh to recover the page but nothing happen.

Good news to all the employers, bookkeepers like me, we can now submit our R3 and ML2 remittances online via https://www.sss.gov.ph/. All you have to do is to register your employer sss # online. script>

SSS New Contribution Bracket Effective January 2014(Contribution Table sss 2014)

          Pursuant to the approval of the increase in the contribution rate, from 10.4% to 11% and the maximum monthly salary credit (MSC), from P15,000 to P16,000 by the President of the Philippines, as recommended by the Social Security Commission under Resolution No. 262-s-2013 dated 19 April 2013, that shall be effective for the applicable month of January 2014 as per SSC Resolution No. 711-s.2013 dated 20 September 2013, the revised schedule of contributions, including the additional MSCs and corresponding amount of contributions, is hereby issued. The additional 0.6% in the contribution rate shall be shouldered equally by the employer (ER) and employee (EE) who shall pay at 7.37% (from 7.07%) and 3.63% (from 3.33%), respectively. Self-Employed/Voluntary/OFW members shall pay at the total rate of 11%.
