SSS Web Online Inquiry Issues (Error 403--Forbidden)

Based on my experience as I inquire on the SSS website. The following is the problem while viewing the payments of the employer in the Inquiry link of My SSS system. Sometimes I reload  or refresh to recover the page but nothing happen.

Error 403--Forbidden

From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1: 10.4.4 403 Forbidden The server understood the request, but is refusing to fulfill it. Authorization will not help and the request SHOULD NOT be repeated. If the request method was not HEAD and the server wishes to make public why the request has not been fulfilled, it SHOULD describe the reason for the refusal in the entity. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.

 In everyday that we move, we are not sure if  the way the move we have, are good. Good by means in the law of God or in the law of man.In what law did you move and carry everyday?. I know that most us are not perfect, we are just human that can commit sin. But in behalf of this weakness as a human being.We should not let this weakness more complicated.
